Concepting, development, and support of MTS Bonus, Russia’s most populous loyalty program. MTS Bonus enables subscribers to accumulate bonus point as they spend money on mobile carriers’ services (including voice, data, sms, as well as banking services and online/offline purchases in MTS retail stores). Subscribers can then exchange points for prizes from the catalog, which is constantly updated. There are multiple internal and external partners providing prizes and services.
There have been approximately 27 000 000 subscribers in MTS Bonus in the beginning of 2013.
